THE FARMHOUSE
The farmhouse is a quiet and relaxing renovated "maso", located in an enchanting position surrounded by vineyards and surrounded by woods. The simplicity of the furnishings combined with the refinement of the details combine with the warmth of the sincere and familiar hospitality of the Scienza couple.
THE CELLAR
Since the first years of production, in Vallarom we have always been experimenters both in the vineyard and in the cellar, but the agronomic management has always been conventional. After taking the place of our grandparents, we wanted to take a step back and return to a type of viticulture that is friendlier to the environment and free from chemical pesticides, to offer a product that is truly a child of the earth, hands and seasons.
